There are all kinds of little tips and tricks that you as a homeowner might not know regarding water damage Austin. For example, did you know that the best way to get rid of standing water is to sponge and blot? Also, did you know that paper documents and books can be put in a freezer so that mold won't grow on them before they have a chance to dry? 

Use furniture stoppers if you have carpeting because you don't want the legs of your furniture staining the carpet. Those are just three tips that I found from a water damage restoration team.
